Plumber Tips policy
Privacy Policy
Simple terms for a reader-first informational publication.
The contact form processes the name, email address, topic and message you provide so they can be sent to the editorial team through the website’s configured mail service. When Submissions is enabled, valid contact requests are stored privately for authorized website administrators to review. Saving a request is separate from email acceptance or inbox delivery. Turning the module off stops new archive entries and keeps previous entries available for review. For up to one hour, a marker under a salted, hashed key records only a request reference, receipt time and separate mailer statuses to prevent duplicate messages. The marker does not contain your name, email address or message. Local preview delivery stays paused until a mailbox is connected and verified.
Do not submit sensitive personal data. Standard server logs may contain technical information such as IP address, user agent, requested URL, and time. Retention and production hosting controls must be reviewed before launch.
Water Use Snapshot calculates in your browser. If you request an email, your address and entered snapshot are processed by the website and its mail service to send that copy. This does not create a sales inquiry or subscribe you to marketing. Hashed email/IP request limits and duplicate-request markers expire after one hour; when Submissions is enabled, an explicit email request also saves the validated email address and requested calculation in the private admin overview. Calculations that you do not submit for email remain in your browser.
